Açıklama : Unbelievable how nice my DIY CNC router works! It's a pleasure to sit and watch a selfmade machine working for you! It has a working area of 80 x 40 x 4 cm and has been primarily built for woodworking. It has 3 axis with step motors, each with 1000 microsteps/revolution. The leadscrews are all used parts from ebay (50 - 100 EUR per axis). X-axis and Y-axis move 10 mm per revolution, the Z-axis moves 3 mm per revolution. This results in (theoretical) precision of 0,01 mm. I use MACH3 to control the machine. In this video the router is working on a pocket in hardwood - part of a wooden bank I have made for my brother in law. It's cutting 3 mm thick layers at a speed of 600 mm/min (rather slowly).İzlenme : 417 | Puan : 4.5
